We really enjoyed this exceptionally friendly and nice hotel and stayed here for 7 nights. Stuff was affable and breakfast was great! The room was kept clean and available with drinks, a 24' TV, wobbly tables. Its location was marvellous, just off the restaurants and the bars, and the ferry. The daily service was great.

Hotel overlooked the marina and the room was spacious. The staff were amazing friendly and best in the entire property. The location of the hotel was exceptionally nice and decent - within a close distance from El Meco Archaeological Site.

The check-in process is quick, and the staff is responsive, warm, welcoming, and helpful. There are numerous activities for both adults and children, enjoyable poolside mornings, and entertaining nighttime shows. The day beds by the marina provide upgraded food and beverages, and the spa is reasonably priced. The Mexican food is delicious and authentic. The ferry to Isla Mujeres is conveniently close. The beach area is great, and the buffet breakfast is excellent. The service provided by the staff is exceptional, with special mentions to Guadalupe and Reyna for their excellent service at the pool bar and restaurant respectively.
